Yes. Send a guest request and keep the private tracking link on the confirmation screen. You can also sign in to TrukN to manage repairs in your account and app.
Does a request guarantee a mechanic will come?
No. A participating provider must accept the job and confirm the visit. Availability depends on your location, the work needed and eligible local providers.
What can a mobile mechanic repair?
Some diagnostics, battery checks, starting problems and brake work can be suitable for mobile service. The provider checks your vehicle and working area. Repairs that need a lift or workshop may require a shop visit.
Will Flor diagnose my car?
Flor helps collect symptoms and organise your request. An independent mechanic assesses the vehicle and recommends the work. Flor does not determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive.
How do costs and payments work?
Ask the independent provider to confirm diagnostic fees, the repair estimate and payment arrangements before authorising work. Online payments for automotive repairs are not available yet.
What if my vehicle is in an unsafe place?
For immediate danger, fire or injury, contact emergency services. If the vehicle is in live traffic or needs recovery, contact roadside assistance. This request flow is for vehicles at a safe, permitted service location.
