Privacy

TBD — Canadian privacy counsel approval required before collecting production customer or provider data.

Planned principles

• Collect only data required for intake, matching, safety, service, payment and support
• Reveal exact address and direct contact only when operationally required
• Keep provider credential documents private and role-restricted
• Record separate consent for location, notifications and marketing
• Maintain access, deletion, retention, breach and audit workflows
