From vehicle problem to completed job
The marketplace coordinates discovery and evidence. The independent provider owns the repair contract and customer charge.
Customers describe the vehicle, symptom, location and urgency. Flor structures the request without making a definitive diagnosis. The marketplace offers it only to eligible providers. The accepted provider confirms diagnostic terms, issues an itemized estimate, performs only approved work, charges through its connected account and records completion.
1. Safe, conversational intake
Start in ordinary language. Add warning lights, sounds, photos or video when useful. The form asks about safe parking and flags situations that require emergency or roadside guidance before repair matching.
2. Eligibility before ranking
Service authorization, vehicle class, credentials, insurance, tools, working hours, travel zone and account standing determine who can receive the lead. Exact address and direct contact remain masked until they are operationally required.
3. Provider acceptance
Providers may decline unsuitable work. One accepted provider owns the request. The customer sees the responsible business, diagnostic policy and material status updates.
4. Diagnosis and written approval
The provider documents the assessment and sends an itemized estimate with parts condition, labour, tax, expiry and expected timing. Added work requires a separate approval event.
5. Repair, invoice and payment
The provider performs the approved scope and issues the invoice. Its connected merchant account charges the customer; Flor Tel Inc. receives the applicable marketplace fee. Webhook-confirmed payment events become the ledger source of truth.
6. Completion and verified review
Completion evidence, invoice and customer confirmation remain linked to the job. Only customers associated with completed marketplace work can submit a verified review.
