The final terms must clearly distinguish Flor Tel Inc. as marketplace operator from the independent provider that quotes, performs, bills and warrants the repair. They must also address estimates, added-work authorization, cancellation, refunds, disputes, warranty evidence, off-platform diversion and provincial consumer rights.
